The client experience
Step 1 will begin with a free no obligation initial consultation where we will find out what type of exercises you enjoy and define your training goals.
Step 2 I will analyse your health and fitness this highlights your physical strengths and weaknesses, which then allows me to design a bespoke training programme that suits your needs.
Step 3 you will begin training on your uniquely designed exercise programme which will include some of the following elements.
Step 4 to complement your exercise programme you will be given free nutrition advice because research proves that the most effective way to achieve a lean, fit, healthy looking body is through a combination of exercise and following a healthy dietnot just by exercising or dieting alone.
Step 5 I will review your progress on a week to week basis and if need be I will redesign your programme to ensure you continue to make future progress.
Personal Training classes can be booked by individuals, pairs or small groups.
